libpolkit-gtk-mate-1-0-dbg software package provides MATE authentication agent for PolicyKit-1 (debugging symbols), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libpolkit-gtk-mate-1-0-dbg
libpolkit-gtk-mate-1-0-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libpolkit-gtk-mate-1-0-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
